Slipping into ChaosThis thin veneer is finally cracking  The disgusting truth writhing free  Where once was a beauty  Now is only a shadow of the man  Laughing and mocking   
Humanities flaws are magnified  The acute detail of its twisted nature for all to see  Not only does it a bring a tear  But a smile for its insanity

All it takes is the mention of your name and im lost in memories.. past arguments and past love.. i hate the power you seemingly have over me and my withered heart.. I defend your memory and guard it in my mind with a fortress stronger than any i've made before.. i expose myself to the world to keep your love and memories safe.. I swim in a sea of denial for you and there is no reward for me at the end.. i have no tree waiting for me.. i want to lose myself in your lips again and forget the world but all i have is a fortress of white, unforgiving stone that surrounds my thoughts of you.. so warm to the touch but deadlier than poison.. cheers my love, this ones for you
